AUDIO SYNC problems when watching a DISC (DVD)

I own the set (hts8562/12) and I'm experiencing problems with the AudioSync option of this set.

I’ve connected my Digitial TV receiver to HDMI port 1
The TV (42PFL8404H/12) is connected with the HDMI out port.
To be able to watch TV without a delay between Video and Audio I’ve adjusted the AUDIO SYNC to 0 ms (default value is 200ms).
The set remembers this setting (which was expected off course)
So for watching TV it works fine.
But when I want to watch a DVD the delay between video and audio is unfortunately back again.

I’ve tried to change the AudioSync setting again to 0ms. This works fine until the popup screen (which shows me the current value) disappears. When this screen is gone the value is set back to 200ms.

So how can I change this value permanently to 0ms.

Or what do I need to change (maybe on TV side) the be able to see both (TV and DVD) without delay between Video and Audio?

Has anyone a idea??
Otherwise I’m going to bring back the HTS8562 and looking for another set which can handle this situation

this is previously seen on HTS7202 and philips guy said we will hv firmware on that
