42PFL3312/10 Locked Local Keyboard

Hello All

I have a problem with my LCD TV 42PFL3312/10. Local Keyboard is not working from the beginning.
When I try to Use them, there is a message "locked" on display, but I can`t find in MENU any option
tu unlock Local Keyboard.

I don`t know which Software version is actual.
