Philips MP3 Player is not working

Hey Community ;)
I have got a big problem with my MP3 Player a heavy object was falling on it and now he does not react anymore.
I tried to Start the "Philips device manager" to fix that problem automatically,but he can´t find any device and the reset button does not work,too.

I don´t know what to do now,so please give me some advices to get the data i need from it.

Hi Zumera

To be honest it sounds like it may have been damaged internally by the heavy object.

I would say try to reset it one more time and hope for the best? :)
