I'm thinking about buying the CI+ HD modul for my 2010 TV (58PFL9955): http://www.unitymedia.de/produkte/fernsehen/hd-modul.html

Is the TV certified for Unitymedia? Or does it work flawlessly? Are there any reported issue?

I have an additional question. Are these certification processes open? I mean, is there an open standard procedure for such test? I'm interessted in what is tested in such certification processes.
