hi there!

i'm interested in buying a philips 46 PFL 8505 tv. i know there are two models of this tv called 46PFL8505H and 46PFL850K.

C= Customisable version (design your own TV)
D/05 = DVB-T UK
D/12 = DVB-T rest Europe
D/77 = Digital Argentina
D/78 = Digital Brazil
H/05 = MPEG-4 DVB-T/C UK
H/12 = MPEG-4 DVB-T/C rest Europe
H/60 = MPEG-4 DVB-T/C Russia
K/02 = MPEG-4 DVB-T/C/S2 (Satellite DACH)
M/08 = MHP MPEG-4 DVB-T/C Italy
T/12 = DVB-T2 UK, Sweden, Finland, Norway

this information says that the K model is configured for the german, austrian and swiss market, but i found a german online shop who sells the H model.

i searched a bit and found out, that die H model is equal to the K model except of the missing sat tuner.

i would like to know if i can use the H model to receive german television properly even if it's not officially released for the german market. (i don't need the missing sat tuner)

thank you for your help in advance!

greetings
