EPG very slow, unable to find hard disk

Hello,
i have some problems on my 46pfl8606/02 SW 14.93
My EPG sometimes is very slow (wireless and wired) when i turn to the next or the last page, EPG only find the programms and not the tv-shows, the tv-shows from the page before remains.
Sometimes EPG does not work.
Sometimes when i switch to the hard disk the EPG is unable to find it, only a black screen with the running loading points appaers.

you're absolutely right. This Problem exists almost over a week and starts with the first try of switching to gracenote - see (http://www.supportforum.philips.com/en/showthread.php?4128-IP-EPG-by-gracenote-does-not-work).
