There is a fault with the clone configuration for the HFL5011T series, it comes in two parts:

1) Set to HDMI1
2) Go into Professional Mode (using remote code)
3) Go to Picture > Advanced > Game or Computer - Set to Computer

This sets ONLY for HDMI1, but does not declare this. To make the same change to HDMI2, you need to set the HDMI to HDMI2 before entering professional settings. This is not clear and makes no sense. Settings for all HDMI sources should be visible from the same screen.

Fault 2:

1) Set HDMI1 AND HDMI2 to Computer mode ON.
2) Clone settings.
3) Apply clone to another screen.

After clone, new device has HDMI1 set to computer mode ON, but HDMI2 has computer mode OFF. This is a fault in the way the screen handles this advanced setting and makes it impossible to clone the correct settings to a large number of screens.

I have checked in the clone output (TVSettings.xml) and the setting value is as follows:

<item>
<Name>Picture.Advanced.Game or Computer</Name>
<Value>Computer</Value>
<CloneIn>Yes</CloneIn>
</item>

There is no specification in the clone file for which HDMI's should have this option set, the result is that ONLY HDMI1 has it set.

Please advise,

Zeb

Hi,

This is a Hospitality TV which we do not deal with here.
