Hi all,

I just got this brand new TV, but i have some problems with it.

First of all,

after re-installing the TV several times with the ANDROID TV menu, located at Software,

I got several green screens and need to HARD RESET by pulling all cables (including the powerchord).

After getting into the ANDROID TV menu again, after a little while it keeps rebooting until 3 times (in about 2 hours) and then ends up in a no PULSE & Philips Logo, which I only can HARD RESET again.

It happens from time to time (at least 4 times a day, during a session of 2 hours), hell yeah, I can't even watch 1 Netflix movie and it keeps doing this, no matter what!

I got in touch/connected with the Philips support helpdesk trough email & phone, but no result.

They gave me an firmware image of the latest ANDROID TV > related to the TV (6452/H12 series), but I can't find a way to install this stuff.

Is there a way to get into ANDROID TV Recovery mode, to do this, because I am getting tired of this!?
