Hello,

I have a problem with accessing the net-tv service since the redesign of net-tv-page this month.
I get "Due to the maintenence the requested page is not available" when trying to get to net-tv service.
But if I clear the cookies and passwords in net settings - I get to the portal start page; then if I try to register, or click "app gallery" - I get that message again. 40PFL6606/H12. Fresh firmware (software) - I updated on 2nd of February. Before update of Net-Tv and software update - everything was working fine. Help!

I get the same error message eventhough the service as we speak should be online and working :confused:

Is there any things I can do? I can show video of what happening if it helps
I can't use smart tv at all

Hi,

I don't think you can do something - Philips is working on the portal...

Hi,

you can clean the NetTV cache... and log in again.

Already tried that. Also tried "Reset TV" - nothing changes. :(

now i get "To complete NetTV sign-in, please switch....."
