View Full Version : Registering Streamium device at Club Philips for Live365

Has anyone been able to register their Philips device on Club Philips (https://secure.usa.philips.com/c/clubphilips/club_philips_landing_page.jsp?language=en&country=US&catalogType=CONSUMER&_requestid=58811)? (With so many changes going on here -- StreamiumCafe and all shutting down, for example -- is Club Philips even still the place to register your Streamium?)

I'm trying to register my Streamium NP1100/37 so that I might be able to add my Live365 (http://www.live365.com) loging and password so I can listen to Live365 stations using my Streamium but I keep getting an error message, "The system is temporarily unavailable, please try again later." This has been happening all day. I'm supposed to enter the device's wireless MAC address, correct?

Is there another way to add Live365 info so that my Streamium device can access Live365 stations?

Here's another thing: I could be wrong, but I'm nearly certain I had registered this device about two years ago.

I figured out I was using the wrong device ID and was able to register the device. I'm not sure this is the MAC address in its 16-character form or not, but I found Product Registration ID under the Device Info menu under Settings on my Streamium device and entered the 16 characters and was able to register.

Now, I just have to figure out if I can still get Live365 going.
