Connecting 37PFL8404h/12 to digital reciever hard disk

Hello,

I have used this TV during 2 years without problem. The firmware is Q5481-0.26.76.0. Now I´m trying to connect it to a digital reciever hard disk Gigaset HD795T via HDMI. The antenna cable goes firt to the reciever and then to the TV.

I have no problems when using the HDMI cable to watch the hard disk content. The problem is when I try to watch TV with the hard disk off, because then there is not video signal. The digital reciever works properly connected to other TV.

Any suggest?

if you connect the TV without the Receiver directly via Cable, does it work?

Yes, in that case it works OK. I'm thinking it could be a problem due to poor antenna signal. Do you think a signal amplifier could help me?
