wifi not working on new pfl7696h.

hi any help would be great. bought new 42pfl7696h/12 led. bought wifi dongle to suit.

on wifi section of tv menu i am only allowed use the wired option but tv will not allow me to highlight the wifi option.

i have upgraded the firmware from the philips website and loaded it onto the tv. to no avail.

could this be just a settings problem,

on Philips WLAN Stick PTA01 works on Philips TVs.

tried all. even firmware upgrade. turned out wireless card on tv was faulty. not impressed. thanks anyway.
