repair opus gogear not possible?

I want to re-install the software on my opus gogear. The manager device tells me to keep the + button pressed down while connecting the device...I have done this in the past and it worked then, but I've tried it 100 :rolleyes: times now, but the device does not turn on and does not get recognized. It does get recognized when I connect it the regular way. To make sure I tried all the other buttons, but that (of course) didn't work eighter. Can somebody help me? :confused:

You have tried this found in an FAQ: You can reset your player by gently inserting a pen tip or other sharp object into the RESET hole on the side of your player...
