Hi Cassandra!

The Philips Songbird does not download the SA2XXX, SA3XXX firmware updates. The download window opens, but the process will not start. After about a minute, the program sends an error message. The device manager also does not work.
The error first occurred a week ago. Good working device, Windows XP, and Windows 7 operating system dedicated to run Songbird program, because it produced the error. A week ago it all worked well.
The Songbird version 2.5.6.
The type of test: SA2RGA, SA2SPK, SA2VBE, SA2ARA, SA2MUS,
SA3RGA, SA3VBE, SA3ARA, SA3MUS.
The error-half years ago because it was caused by fault on the server. Then the problem is solved with your help.
I ask for help in solving the problem, a problem not only because it affects me, affects all users.

Dear PEPE46,

We are now experiencing a server issue for our Philips Songbird which implies that firmware upgrade and repair via Songbird are not possible at the moment. We are now looking into this issue. Please bear with us for some time to sort this out. Thanks for your patience in advance whilst we are looking into this.

Now, I tested the system. All device functions well in all Songbird running.
