Problems with subtitles

Hi Philips

I have big problems with subtitles, they are flashing all the time and not possible to read.

I have a 37PFL7606T/12 (Newest software)

I use DVB T2
I Live in Denmark

I have other older Philips TV with no problem.

I hope you can help quick as my family is getting desperate, and blames me :-(

where did you get those Subtitles?
is it USB Playback or are they coming from the Tuner?
Which Tuner is used?
What is the Cable provider?
Which FW is used?

Please provide as much information as possible as without this we can not help you.
