Hi

This player ONLY have an excellent sound!

The main problem is that it resets or freezes every time and I lost all ratings and songs from playlists on the go.
The player have options that are useless because it keep loosing information when reset.

Very disappointed with this player because of that!

Tomorrow I will send him back for a refund.

Sorry Philips, Iīll wait for Muse 4, hoping it will not reset every time.

Hi

I realize that if I donīt mess with system configuration, the player turn to be stable and its not reseting anymore...SO I KEEP IT! :) I also had no courage to give up the amazing sound it produce! Thanks for that ;)

I just hope there will be new firmware updates for muse 3, now that itīs out muse 4.

Seems like thereīs no song rating option on new muse. Some one confirm?

Dear zipias,

Checking with the team, we have a new firmware v1.52. This may be updated in these few days.
However, I do not have a release note yet on this so I am not sure if your issues here will be addressed by this firmware or not.

I will have a meeting with the software engineer tomorrow on this to discuss the Muse 3 issues in greater details. Will let you know the results here.

Have just discussed the issues with our development team and all your reset issues (Safesound/ Display less than 20s/ changing language) can be reproduced. Please bear with us some time to find the root cause and look for a fix. Thank you.

You know I wish I had looked at this forum before buying my Gogear muse because I would not have bought it over the last few years it seams the biggest problem has been with updating firmware. It strikes again as I bought mine one day and by early morning totally bricked following the instructions in song bird as I connected it to my computer for the first time by now this should not be an issue you should have had this sorted! Tomorrow I take it back probably get a Samsung galaxy at least there is a good chance that will work for more than a few hours. The great sound does not make up for the poor software.
