View Full Version : HTS 9520 not 'seen' by My Remote App

Just bought and installed the HTS 9520. Thought I could service this with the Philips My Remote App, but when I search for devices it only finds my Philips TV and not my HTS.

Latest software installed on HTS 9520 and My Remote App reinstalled, but still not working.

Anyone same problems?

am not sure if this is supported or not since I see this is a 2010 model, no? cuz for my BDP9600 (2011 model), it does not support my remote app.

if it does supported, you may have to make sure your phone and your HTS are in the same network.
