ds9000/12 doesn't recognize my iphone

hi, i'm using ds9000/12 with iphone 3gs and ios5 with the latest uprgrade of the DockStudio apps. The dock doesn't always recognize my iphone when i plug it and does the same with ipod (same settings). When my dock recognize the iphone or ipod, when i touch my iphone\ipod the music stops. The music run correctly when iphone is plug like an mp3 player. Can you help me?

Did you try with a different device to check if it is not the connector of your Iphone?
