Hi, writing from Italy. Hi to everybody.

Darty electronics chain sold this model in Italy but Philips wont to give support because was not for italian market.

Now I have a TV not supported, I can’t watch MP4 channel. Philips told me to set France as country and start search to enable HD-MP4 channel but the channel order is not correct for Italian carrier.
I’m looking for a solution to edit firmware and enable MP4 channel also for italian configuration.

Hi Paolo.

Welcome to the forums..
I would advice you to go back to the shop as they have sold you a TV that isn't for the Italian marked.
