Automatic installation does not pop up

Hi,

I just bought the Philips 32PFL6606 yesterday. Today i installed it, but when i turned it on it gave me a philips logo which directly faded. After 15 minutes it still didn't gave me a installation screen.

Why does it not work? The only things plugged in are the power cable and a HDMI cable. The only things that are on were my laptop. I tried to restart it several times.

My model is and serial number are:
model: 32PFL6606H/12
serial: SN 3A1202 008843

Hi,

does that mean that you screen is still black? If yes - take it to the shop and ask for a replacement!
