Problem with Napster-Log-in

Hallo,
i use a NP3900/12. About 3 or 4 weeks it is not possible to log in to Napster!

"Username and/or password wrong!"

I checkt it 10 times, i entered the rigt Username (Email-Adress) an password.
Whats the Problem?

there needs to be new firmware released by Philips to renable napster since take over by rhapsody

it was due in May

Philips can you advise due date please
