Hi
My HTS5591 is connected to the internet & whenever I boot the player, I get a notification about a new software upgrade being available. So I click OK to download & install the software but then I get the following error: "Upgrade software failed verification". My player has a SD card inserted with plenty of free space.
When I check the support website (to try and install from USB), I can only find the software that is currently installed on my player. But the player keeps on detecting a new version through network & that one keeps failing the verification...
How can I properly install this new software or is this a mistake by Philips since the website doesn't show any new available software?
