Ambilight flashing on my new TV 46pfl8606k

Hello,
I have an issue with the ambilight on my tv. It is flashing then if I turned off it is back to normal but after a while it restart flashing. Even when I turned off the ambilight it is flashing for one, two minutes. The software is Q5551-0.14.96.0 REALESE FOR TV550R3: Q5551-0.14.96.0_bld27a.
I saw that there is an updated available but it seems not related to ambilight issues.
To update the software I tried to do it online and not through USB but the TV says that the software is already updated.

please try to update via USB stick to 14.98 - not all fixed bugs are mentioned in the changelog.

Hello,
unfortunately the ambilight is still flashing.
I mainly see tv channels or blu ray and in both cases the ambilight is not working.
Let me know if you have any advice
