Problem with guide on screen 37PFL7605/M8

Hi the local support center for trouble with Net Tv upgrade my firmware, but there is no more the guide on screen, instead there is an "?". I try to install it by .upg file but the tv does not recognise the file.

you can do one thing - install the "manual update software":

Thanks Alex I did it before, but when I insert the usb device the TV doesn't recognize the file .upg

Hi,

- format USB stick with FAT
- create folder "upgrades"
- copy the upg file into that folder

- on TV go to Configuration
- software (on right page)
- local updates

If that does not work, try to rename the upg file to e.g. test.upg
