Using MediaManager I encountered the following limitations so far:
Files not playing on TV:
.mkv
.flac
Playing, but cannot be paused:
.mov
I hope this gets solved some day...

I don't think so. When you read the update history you can see that hardly any issues are solved.

Could you please check the codec in the .mkv file? So what type of video codec and what type of audio codec does this .mkv file have?
I can inform you that .flac and .mov files is not supported by the tv.
to analyse the files you got, you can use "mediainfo (http://mediainfo.sourceforge.net/)"
just nstall the Tool, drag and drop the file you want to analyse in the window, select view > text
copy and past the analyse in here.

I'm afraid I don't have the .mkv anymore. When I have problems again with this kind of files I'll send you the codec specs.
