About MCD 388 and Philips LED TV Series 7000 audio conection

Have a MCD 388 that, as far as I know, does not support HDMI ARC. Instead, it has a RCA audio input.
How can I connect the TV to this microcinema in order to get the TV sound in the MCD 388?
