cant connect to smart tv

hello guys, i just got my LED smart tv 5500 series

i got problem connecting to smart tv,

when connecting to the router , after i enter the wep key .. it start connecting and then come out the msg " your connection to the router is not confirmed..and i just continue ..after that i went out to the smart tv ..and it just connecting and it keep on like that ...zzzz how to make it work ..anybody can help me would be much appreciated !! ( sorry for my bad english)

try to restart your router... also your TV by removing power plug.
