looking for good speaker dock for iPad and iPod Touch 4th generation

Hi All, especially Philips engineers and decision makers,

I saw the Philips SBD8100 on the shelf at Target, with the motorized rotation for portrait or landscape orientation. Pretty cool, and I read that it sounds good.

So, my questions:

- Will the iPod 4th generation work well in this speaker dock?

- Does there exist a similar dock that could accomodate the larger size of an iPad? That could be very cool, I'd be interested, wanted to express interest here.

Cannot answer all your questions, but found this awesome Fidelio speaker dock (http://www.philips.co.uk/c/ipod-alarm-clock-dock/fidelio-ds8550_10/prd/), also suitable for the iPad.
Don't know if it is available in your country, as you did not mention where you're located....

Hi.

As you can read here (http://www.supportforum.philips.com/showthread.php?135-SBD8100-10-and-iPhone-4) the SBD8100 is not compatible with the Iphone 4th generation.
