'Philips server not found' when I try EPG on NetTV

Hi.

I get above error message when I try NetTV based EPG. Can anybody explain what the Philips server has to do with EPG and how I can solve this?

What I did was resetting my internet router.
Ive had the same problem, net tv and tv guide didi'nt work.
After resetting the router every thing works again.
