I bought a Phillips HTS 9140 Soundbar in the month of June, paid a huge amount of money to experience the best of audio. Unfortunately all I have experienced is the most miserable output. I have had the service team from Philips come and install it but the output is only mediocre at best. You need to take the volume all the way upto 30 just to figure out if the volume even works. Could someone give a solution, someone specifically from Philips as even their senior service team was unable to figure this out.
