HTS7111/12 - Regular dvd's doesn't play.

Hello.

My Philips soundbar can't play normal dvd's anymore, just blue-rays for some reason.

We have tried a couple of normal dvd ( which has worked before ) but doesn't now "Unknown disc". And tried some blue-rays which works.
So it's only the blue-ray discs that works.

It is connected to a Samsung smartv.

If you need further information just reply what you need to know.

unknown disc error usually seen in harware loader failure case.
maybe your loader is faulty.
