42PFL5604 doesnt recognize all the digital channels

I have the 42PFL5604 model and its software its updated with the last update.
But the tv doesnt recognize all the digital channels. Whats the problem?

what model do you have exactly? H? K? How do you receive the digital channels? DVB-C? DVB-T?
