View Full Version : HT3306/F7 doesn't have Pandora anymore

Hello,

I have my Philips HTS3306/F7 for a month. The software version is 1.36.03 (the newest one).
I had never had problems connecting to any of Net TV apps before yesterday, when Pandora suddenly stopped working. Whenever I try to access it I get a System Error message. At the same, Pandora works fine on my PC and a smartphone. I checked updates for the firmware, there were none. I checked the Internet connection and it was fine, what's more Netflix and VUDU still work OK. I tried to completely disconnect my modem, router and the home theater from electric grip for a while and then connected then back. It didn't help.

Do you have any suggestions what else I can try to fix it?

it can be the net tv portal issue.
maybe you can see if it can be recovered today. if not, better to provide your MAC address for a check.

but i see also the online service widget is in green meaning no issues there...
