What to buy?

So I'm buying my first Blu-ray player soon and I need some advice. There's not a huge selection where I live and since I have no time for this 3D nonsense there aren't many players left.
The ones that I'm considering are BDP2600, BDP2930 , BDP2850 and BDP3200.

Which one should I get - what are the pros and cons?
