AS351 has no sound with computer

Help! I have a bluetooth enabled laptop and I cannot get the audio to work through the AS351 speaker. The devices are paired and the computer states that everything is working and connected. I have made even made the AS351 the default audio playback device. The audio level in the Sound dialogue bounces up and down as if it is producing sound. Any useful advice would be most welcome as I am pulling my hair out.

i tried just now with my as351. after you pair up your laptop with your as351, did you hear double beep sound? just to make sure it's correctly paired.
another possibility is that your volume is set to be too low in your device, try to press vol + to see if there's any output.
