Argh!

Hi

I got one of these MP4 players. I transferred all my music across and when I tried to play it, it came up with a message saying 'Unsupported File Type'. What does it mean and how do I fix it?

check your mp3 file was encoded correctly, a standard mp3 that can be read by any player, use Philips song bird for creating playlist and transfer music/video to your player(song bird covert any file , in a readable form! check for the latest firmware for your device!

try using songbird for the media transferring
