bdp3100/12 FREEZE BLUERAY

hi There
yesterday, after upgrading to the newest firmware (1.42), my BDP didn't play well all BD ,always at the random time(usually at one hour an ten/twenty minutes) I have "freeze bluray playback", I cant turn off with the remote or the press button on the bluray player, I need plug off the electrical cable wire to turn off.
So I want to downgrade the firmware to version 1.38.
Is this possible ?
if yes:
Who is able to send it to me
or
where can I download the old version.

Before the upgrade to the newest firmware (1.42)
I have not any issue with the bluray player with the previous firmware.

As for me, I don't usually upgrade unless I have read a lot about the new firmware that it is safe and most don't get some problems with it. http://imagicon.info/cat/12-19/vbulletin-redface.gif
