Hi all,

I just bought a 42PFL4007H. (7 days ago)

In general terms I'm satisfied with my buy but there are some little defects that decrease the general overall.

The problems are:

1.- When I tap the info button while viewing a channel the progress bar time doesn't work correctly. Always is displayed at 100% or at 0% but never shows me the remaining time.

2.- The Internet TV Guide (SmartTV too) is very nice but is slow (this appreciation is valid for all the UI, in generall it takes a bit of time to load content even if is not Internet content) and I can't identify all the channels from my tv.

3.- I know this is not an interface problem but... when I'm playing to the PS3 (connected by HDMI) and the image moves fast it becomes fuzzy. ( I don't know if i have to activate/deactivate a option in the menu)

I tried to update the software selecting the option in the TV menu but it says that my software is up to date.

Thanks and Regards!

Hi,

sounds like the usual behavior, beside of the PS3 problem.
Anyway, first of all you should Register yourself to Philips Club and register your TV there.
Click on the registered product and the folder support leads you to the current valid firmware which needs to get load and installed by USB stick
Alternative bookmark this link and install FW 0.90

Will this be the same with Xbox since it has its own club which is the Xbox live? http://imagicon.info/cat/12-19/vbulletin-tongue.gif

Hello I have the same problem with my new Philips LED TV 42PFL4007H. When I play Blu ray or DVD discs on a Philips HTS3541 that is connected to my TV with an HDMI cable the picture turns wavy or glitchy at times. Although this is hardly noticable it is annoying since it happens through out a movie. Any suggestions?
