View Full Version : Problem logging in on Videoland On Demand

Hello,

Anyone having problems with logging in on the Videoland On Demand service?

I registered myself (painful process btw), but everytime I try to log in it comes back with the message 'Invalid User / Password'.

I contacted the helpdesk, they confirmed that I was registered including my password, but still no success.

As the Philips helpdesk stopped responding, maybe some of you can help me out.

Update:
Just got a mail from Philips support, and apparently they solved the problem. Very good!
