SA2SPK impossible to restore

i have this mp3 plater that i cant restore , it's died , wont power on:
MODEL: sa2spk04s/02
SN: jf1b1040019286

i have tried with more version of songbird (also Philips Songbird version: 2.6.1 Build: 6.1.2265; Rev: 885; Firmware: UNIVER) but always fails

On attachment there are:
-songbird error
-photo of mp3 player after songbird error

this is quite strange ?_? that it can be repaired by another program...
but anyways, glad that it recovers now... maybe in the future can advise other users to try this also... :P
