Phillips voip855 no skype contacts

Just from one day to the other, I could not access my skype contact-list or add a new contact with my new pillips voip 855. I tried several solutions but none worked: resetting basestation to original firmware. And removing all contacts from skype account with laptop. Though i'm seeing regular contact but not my skypecontacts.

awaiting for official answer by Philips . At the moment this product doesn't meet the basic requirements to be used with Skype .
