HTS5530/94 Firmware upgrade problem

Hi,

I just update Firmware for HTS5530/94 using USB flash device, it was updated successfully but what happened is now my sub-woofer is not working while playing video files using USB or DVD and the volume is also very high, but it is working fine in FM radio and MP3 link. What i have to do now?

Hi,

make a cold reboot (unplug power cord for 2-3 minutes) and try again. Please also state, which firmware is now installed.

Thanks for your info. but its not work buddy, any way my Version is 12.10.42.45 and my previous one is 12.10.42.40. i tried to restore my HTS to factory default also but the version remains same :(

Finally PHILIPS service engineer came and solved my problem :cool:
