Hi,
I was trying to setup DNLA with my 40pfl5706 but after a while I realized that the user agent is too short to differentiate it from other devices:
INFO 2012-08-19 12:02:38.015 [New I/O server worker #1-6] Media renderer was not recognized. Possible identifying HTTP headers: User-Agent: DLNADOC/1.50
Does anyone have suggestions to work around this problem? I suppose it would be really easy to just change the string in the next firmware but maybe I am wrong?
PS. I would like to connect other devices to my media server and using this agent makes all other devices recognized as a Philips tv!
Thank you!

Hi Aleas
Welcome to the forums.
I would advise you to update to latest software version, if you don't already have this. Could you please try another router?
Best regards,
Benedickte

Hi,
I currently have version PHL-0AB_326_0_20100520-153247, I did try with different routers in the past and saw the same behavior.
Thank you.

Hi Everyone,
Just a quick update to let anyone who reads this topic know that support has fixed my problem, I can now enjoy streaming on my tv without breaking support for my other DNLA devices :D
Thank you Benedickte for getting me in touch with the right people.
