'File system error'

Hello,

Today is did a reset . Now my player doesn't work. He always give 'file system error', but the battery keeps loading.
I already tried to 'repar my philips' throug philips songbird, but that doesn't help.
Format is not possible because my computer doesn't find the player.

The player is 1 year and 4 months old.

What can I do ? :mad:

Now my computer finds my player, but when i want to format, I click right on G:/PhilipsGoGearVibe and than I take format but my computer gives: 'no disk found' ?

But trying with songbird again does that help...

No, that didn't help. In meantime I contacted Philips because the player was still in guarantee. They wil sent me a new player...
