I stepped on my tread headphones, now they don't work right.

Never before in my life have i stepped on headphones.

I got my tread headphones because they were advertised to be durable. Even step on them they said!

Just after a month of using my awesome headphones I accidentally stepped on the jack part of the headphones... Now they wont work right.

How ironic, right?

It is so incredibly unfortunate because the earbud part seems indestructible but somehow the jack seems almost built to fail...

am sure they ll exchange your headphones.

you can go www.philips.com/support, on the top of the main frame, you ll see tab menu, click on the 'contact' tab...(in your language of coz)

and then you ll be able to find the number of call centre
