Does someone know a CMS ,( like Joomla,Drupal,WordPress)
to create nice webpages for our web-tv?
or do you know, a template in Joomla?

I am not sure I understand your question. The TV browser can display any site (i.e. a Joomla site I am having is shown just fine). Do you have a problem with your site? Isn't displayed correctly?
