wirelessly connect laptop to philips tv

Hi all,
i have got 40pfl7605/12 tv but unfortunately my laptop doesnt have hdmi and connecting vga is hassle as i would need another audio cable.
How can i stream or convert tv screen to my laptop screen wirelessly.
is buying the philips dongle(not many good reviews)the only option with wifi media connect?

Hi sawankumar.

You will need network access to make this without cables, so a PTA01 is then a good choise to get. You can also use Windows Media Player 12 to stream from your laptop.

Hello,

How will this work with a windows philips dongle media connect when you have a Mac computer? i cannot connect the Mac or Ipad to the TV via the wireless network.
