sb7220 temperature

is it possible for the sb7220 to shut off due to overheating?
i was out at the pool in the sun and the amplifier kept shutting off; requiring me to adjust the volume every few min to keep the music playing. upon returning indoors there is no need to do this so i am assuming that this is an internal temperature control issue.

i am stationed in Saudi Arabia so the outdoor temperature is routinely >100 and today in fact was 106. i tried to keep the shoqbox in the shade of the lounge chair, yet it believe it was still too hot.

what are the operating temperatures for the sb7220 ?

what is the exact CTN? pls let me know the /version as well, e.g. /12.

am asking if the product only sells Europe, it may by design not to cater as high temperature as that in Saudi Arab
but this is somewhat normal, operation may be different under high temperature and low temperature.
