View Full Version : No navigation when visiting SmartTV App Uitzending Gemist

Hi,

I'm experiencing problems with the SmartTV App Uitzending gemist (Dutch TV).

After clicking the App, the opening screen is visible, but navigation with the remote control is not possible. I can only exit with the Home button.

I went back to the factory settings and I installed the latest firmware, but it still does not work.

My model number: 32PFL9705H/12

What could cause this problem?

I am experiencing the same issue. I have installed the latest firmware and nothing.

HI All.
For me the same issue, in Net TV. I can not navigate between the apps. I can only return.
Does anybody has an answer please from the Philips support team?

Hi,

try to delete the NetTV memory.
