I am geting a bit tired of trying here now...

To begin with i have the latest software both on the TV and
the smartphone.

I have activated the jointspace function.

Both the TV and the phone is connected to the same
wifi internet connection with good strong signal.

The Tv works fine with Net TV. but...

I cant find the TV when i search on my phone , it just goes on for
ages...

I have tryed both Iphone and Android with the same result.

Help please? its impossible to use the Net TV resonable without a propper
qwerty keyboard.

Think this should be way easier , its to mutch of a hassle just to uppgrade and
get a simple smartphone to interact with your TV , its a pitty beacuse the
TV is otherwise really good both in buildqualty and picture.

Philips support , please help me!

Found results to the following single words:
› 7676
› pfl

Possible reasons
› Maybe you mistyped a word and the search engine couldn't correct it
› The product you searched for isn't available anymore/yet
› None of the included dealers offers this product

Tip: You can also search for products using the product categories above.

Search tips
› Use specific and not too much words (e.g. SONY DSC-W300, TX-SR876, Asus P6T, Nespresso, iPod Touch)
› Avoid common words like "for", "or", "by", etc.
› Don't search on 2 different products at once ("JVC or PANASONIC" won't lead to a result)
› Take care on suggested corrections (possible misspelling, wrong category or manufacturer choice)
› Capitalization and special characters do not affect the result

Tips on results/auto correction
› Many times the result contains slighty varying products, too. This is because of considering various spellings. Exact hits will be highlighted.
› If the search engine finds only one product you'll be forwarded to this product automatically.
› The search engine tries to auto-correct your search term on searches without any result.

Hi robertwm,

I think that you wrote this in the wrong tread, because the think that you describe has nothing to do with the Philips App funktion to finde the philips Net TV. Also i dont thinkt that Philips offer support on SONY or Panasonic product.....
